Please ask one of the steward at Mass or go to the Sacristy to request a Baptism form. The form is to be returned to the Parish Office and Barbara, the Parish Catechist, will be in touch with you.
For the Sacrament of the Sick
if you would like a priest to visit you or a sick family member or friend at home, please ring the presbytery (01782 616483) to arrange.
if you would like a loved one to be visited in hospital, then please ring the presbytery (01782 616483) or the chaplaincy service at the Royal Stoke hospital (UHNM) at 01782 676400. If one of the priests is not already on-call at the hospital, then he needs permission from the sick person or a friend / family member to be able to enter the hospital and visit. Many thanks!

INSTRUCTION IN THE CATHOLIC FAITH (RCIA) Are you interested in learning more about the Catholic Faith? Adult Instruction will begin on Wednesday 27th September at 7.30-9pm at Coolock . Everyone is welcome – existing Catholics, those wishing to become Catholic, those simply curious. We are now, thankfully, able to meet in person, but can be flexible for those who cannot regularly make Wednesday evenings. FIRST HOLY COMMUNION Is your child in Year 3 or above, and not in a local Catholic School? Preparation for the Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion will begin on Saturday mornings (9.30am) from 30th September, at Coolock. CONFIRMATION Is your child in Year 6 or above, and not in a local Catholic school? Preparation classes will begin on Saturday 30th September, 11.30am at Coolock.
